YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Trustworth Studios does not share your information with anyone, ever. The studio accepts MasterCard, Visa and checks. The credit information must be submitted by phone and it is then encrypted in the processing program and any hard copy material is then shredded. Wire transfers for international orders are also accepted for which bank details may be furnished. There is a $12.00 charge for wire transfers.

SHIPPING OF PAPER

All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via UPS ground. International orders are shipped via FEDEX. International orders are subject to import fees and or taxes and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Shipping charges are included with the initial quote and remain fixed unless a long period of time elapses between the quote and the confirmed order. Damaged shipments must be reported to the shipper at once. They must be inspected and acknowledged by the shipping company before Trustworth Studios can replace the paper.

PACKAGING OF PAPER

All orders are securely packaged. Multiple rolls are spooled on the same core. They are marked and noted accordingly. By example, an order of 5 rolls of the same pattern would be marked “2 + 3 rolls”. If multiple small orders of different designs are ordered they are spooled together on the same core and are also marked accordingly. Large orders of the same design are sometimes shipped in multiple boxes. All orders have installation sheets tucked into the leading edge of the spool.

PATTERN SAMPLES

It is encouraged to purchase a sample of any pattern you are interested in prior to committing to full roll orders. Viewing of pattern online only suggests a design’s appearance whereas an in hand sample will convey the true look of the paper in your room. Trustworth Studios offers full repeat samples for $7 plus postage. They are not returnable.
